Comprehensive Tone Control

The Katana-100 Gen 3 features six amp characters-including the newly developed Pushed type-plus a selectable variation for each, giving you a wide range of tonal options. The five independent effects sections (Booster, Mod, FX, Delay, and Reverb) allow for extensive sound customization. Three-way Contour and Cabinet Resonance options let you shape your tone to perfection. With eight Tone Setting memories, you can store all your amp and effect settings for quick recall during performances.

Enhanced Connectivity

This amplifier offers versatile connectivity options, including Power Amp In for preamps, modelers, and multi-effects, and a Stereo Expand function to link with a second Katana amp. The send/return loop allows for integration with external pedals, while the stereo headphones jack, line output, and USB output with IR-based cabinet sound facilitate recording and silent practice. You can also record and play tracks in music production software on a computer or mobile device via USB-C.

Customization and Expansion

The Katana-100 Gen 3 supports up to two footswitches and an expression pedal, and is compatible with the GA-FC and GA-FC EX Foot Controllers for complete stage control. The optional Bluetooth Audio MIDI Dual Adaptor (BT-DUAL) enables wireless audio playback and remote editing from the BTS app. The updated BOSS Tone Studio interface provides a more intuitive workflow, allowing you to customize onboard effects with over 60 premium BOSS types and detailed editing tools.
